I just got a UWorld question on preventative medicine that hinged on being able to calculate the Framingham risk score. I was fully expecting a question on LDL goals based on RFs, but this seems a bit far-fetched. Would this translate to Step II?

I doubt you will have to do this unless they give you that information. You'd have to be the most unlucky person in the world to get a question where you need to have memorized the framingham risk score.

In general, you don't need to know any of these scores (framingham, duke's, timi, alvarado, etc). I've never heard of anyone being directly asked to calculate these, except that they might help in picking a next-step answer.
