How could I find a list of all the scholarships I received in undergrad?

A med school I got accepted to requires me to list all the scholarships I received during undergrad and the amount for need-based financial aid, and I have no idea where to look. I graduated over 2 years ago.

How could I find this information? I know I received a Pell grant, but i dont remember the amount.

Talk to the financial aid dept. of your UG. They ought to have records.

Look at the bills you got in undergrad? It should show what they charged you for and the grants and scholarships.
