Most of the people I talked to (current M3's) improved significantly. Most started ~190-195 on their CBSE and improved 30-50 points. With that said they hadn't covered neuropath, derm, or endocrine yet.

I took it back in March and lacked the same systems and got a 73 (~208). If I can improved by 30-40 points I'd be thrilled.

Score capped at "260+" in March with my first CBSE. Took Step 1 in late June. I doubt my score actually changed much over those three months.
