How do you use the UW qbank? subject-specific, system-specific or combination tests? timed, untimed and tutorial modes?
If I did the questions multiple times, do you think the my UW score may overestimate my performance on the real test?

It sort of depends on how much time you have. I know some people that did questions based on the rotations they were doing, year long. I didn't have the patience. I did the UWorld timed with anything-goes. Then I reviewed what I got wrong, why I got it wrong, and some of the questions I got lucky on. Then I reviewed my notes. Pretty good thrice-over for UWorld, and so much stuff showed up on the actual test it's crazy.
