I just gave transcript matching form to two registar's office.

How do I check that my transcript went to AADSAS safely?

The registar's office said it will take 10 business day.
So if they send it 2 weeks from now, it will get there after 3 weeks, and then it will take AADSAS to open, match, calculate GPA and that will take at least a month. But if I check it after 1 month and find out that my transcript didn't get there, then i have to send it again and that will be August and that's too late.

Would it be safe to go to the registar's office again and ask them send the transcript again with another matching form so that at least one will get there safely? or will it only confuse AADSAS and slow down the process?

It'll show that they have received it under the transcript status bar.

all you can do now is trust that your school sent it to the right place. i wouldn't send 2 copies. also, when they receive it, it will show that your transcripts are received so you can know. so before anything is verified, you will know if they received it or not. just check the tab to see if it is received and if it has been a while with no updates, you should call them and find out before sending another copy.

since they cant verify ur app until u have all transcripts...wouldnt it be better to wait until u see that aadsas has received all transcripts...and then hit the submit button?

I am not saying i will e-submit my application before my transcripts get there.
What I am worried is that my transcript won't get there on time.

Remember, these people do this for a living. The registrar's office sends out transcripts all the time. This aint their first rodeo. So at least wait a week before you get scared. I definitely understand your concern, I'm in the same boat as you..except I am dealing with 3 different schools on opposite sides of the country. 🙂 Good luck with everything!!

Your application will be processed and sent to the schools regardless of whether your LORs have been submitted or not. Once AADSAS gets your letters, they'll forward them to the schools accordingly. Get that app submitted ASAP.
