How do I decide a good throw away school?

I got the osteopathic medical college information book in the mail. It only shows some GPA and mcat requirements... I would like to submit the primary this weekend. Thanks!

I'm for not using LUCOM as a throwaway because that money goes in their pockets. It'll send a much bigger message to black ball them. Sending primaries allow them to say to potential applicants "look how awesome we are, we got X amount of apps last year"

I didn't use any when I applied because I wasn't taking the mcat. I applied to all the first day and my mcat caught up sometime in august then all were released to the schools at once

No. AACOMAS doesn't release your app to the schools until all reqs are filled, the MCAT being one. So really the only ones that need a throwaway school are ones retaking the mcat

Edit: Unless I'm misunderstanding, I don't think this is correct. So many people wouldn't echo submitting to one throwaway school with a late MCAT if this was the case lol.

The FAQ section of aacomas says they are able to see your application at anytime after it is verified for GPA, but they usually do once it's marked complete. To me, when I applied, you weren't complete until everything in your application was there including the mcat. Take it for what you will. Also, I used the old service they had which may have been different than what they use the last couple of years
