I dont trust the surveys, I think they are bogus.
I want REAL salary info directly from job offering sites.
I went on a few of them and none of them list salary. Is this some kind of national security secret or something? I know the salary offer depends on how experienced you are and stuff like that, but they should at least put a range down.
MOst of these job listings are from physician recruiting services, and some are from private practice groups. Can I email them direclty and just ask them straight up what the salary range is? I'm not applying for the job I just want to see what they are offering.
Can you trust the salaries that these recruiting services give you? They seem like used car salesmen, and I'm not surprised if they just outright lie about salary and then pull a bait and switch on you.
Whats the best way to find out real salary info based on real job offerings instead of the unreliable surveys?
