I was wondering the same thing. I was thinking maybe I would just put something like, Honor Roll 2004-2006?

you got to make it brief, if recall, b/c they don't give you much space if i remember correctly. i did what sarnold did. if it was a multiple award i used inclusive dates. i don't think the format matters, just as long as you get the good ones in there. you will have a little more latitude on your secondaries for honors and awards. hope this helps!!
