How do I install Topscore!!??

Ok, I was ready to take topscore and I'm having trouble getting the exam screen... I read "readme" and I added printer driver, even though I don't have printer right now.
They said it doesn't matter whether I have printer or not, but for some reasons, when I click "ok" button to start the exam, Nothing happens..

Apparently I'm not a computer person I only do word and internet lol...

Could anyone help me out? I really need to get this thing working 🙁

Are you using Vista?
If so, you might have to run the program under the "Administrator Mode." To do this, right click on the icon of the program, and choose "Run as Administrator" option. Hopefully this will allow you to launch the program.
