How do I list a showding experience?

I've been shadowing an ER physician about almost 4 times a month. I've gotten about 30 hours so far, but how do I list it since the application only goes by weeks and hours which calculates total hours

You could divide your total number of hours with the the number of weeks you shadowed the Doc which will give you "average weekly hours". Then simply type this value and the number of weeks in the app and Total should represent the number of hours you have worked with the Doc.

Ex: 30 Hours total/4 weeks (assuming you have only shadowed him/her for a month) = 7.5 "average weekly hours"
