How do I prepare for the writing section?

My MCAT is in about a month or so and I was wondering how should I prepare for the writing section...

Any tips, ideas about what the topics look like, what they are looking for, etc..

Review the samples from e-mcat.com and understand the grading rationale. That's a good guide to what they want.
