How do med schools treat your graduate work, but in different field?

Hi,
I just wonder if the situation affects their considerations. I went to college and graduate school major in computer. I got pretty good grade in college, but a little bit blow grade in graduate (3.18/4.0).
Since the curriculm in computer sciece, the real world practice and technology might be more important than theory (not Ph.D level).
Could anyone give me some idea how would they say and treat my situation? (I am doing pre-med work now) I really worry about it. Thanks!
