How do they calculate your GPA??

I heard from a classmate that they will only factor in your pre-req GPA..is this true?? I don't think so, but I wanted to confirm with you guys.

You'll have three GPAs calculated.

Your cumulative GPA that includes grades from all college courses you've taken.

Your science GPA that will incorporate your grades from all your science courses and not just the prerequisites.

Your "All Other" GPA that will include all the grades from classes not included in your science GPA.

Yes, the algebra will be included in your BCPM (Biology, Chemistry, Physics Math) GPA.

You will have a very accurate determination of your GPAs according to AMCAS. Anything that has to do with bcpm (even if it is listed under a different school like soc sci) will be counted as a bcpm class.
