Some schools will mention it in the email with the link to the secondary, for other you can go to the school web site and search around, usually there is a page describing the admission process which will also mention the deadline for the secondary. The deadline is similar to the deadline for submitting to AMCAS - you can submit one day before that but you are strongly advised to submit much earlier. The SDN suggestion is to submit within a week or two after getting the secondary. Of douse, it's better to submit later than never.
