I posted a similar thread on the PCAT board but how do we know pharmcas received our scores? Does it say somewhere?

It depends on when you took your PCAT. If you took it before this Pharmcas application cycle began then that means you have to resend your scores to pharmcas. There is a section where it should have the date that pharmcas recieved your test scores. There it will have the dates of all the pcats you took.
