I really wanna be accepted to Buffalo and I feel I have the highest chance there, so I wanna call them and ask about my application and stuff but I don't wanna be annoying. How do you suggest I approach them?

Call today. It lets them know how interested you are. There is nothing wrong with being persistent and/or stubborn.

I completely agree with gamecock. Call today, tell them you are interested, and ask if there is anything you could do or if there is anything else they need. They might want an update on your past semester or to know what you have been up to.
