I was all but certain I would be accepted to a 1 year masters program...I even had a graduate advisor, and had typed in 'masters of science' under degree expected in my amcas application. Of course, now that all but has come true, and due to transcripts not being sent on time and a grade change taking forever, I didn't get into the masters program. I immediately emailed amcas about my error, and they sent back their automated reply with a # for my request. That was yesterday...TODAY they sent me an email saying my application was processed!!!
Is there anything I can do to change it before july, or will I be explaining this mistake at my interviews? (I still plan to reapply to this masters program incase I don't get in this time around, and will be taking courses I would need for this program...linear algebra, spanish...misc. upper/grad bio...so I will still be headed that way, but I wasn't accepted to the program?)
