how do you delete a standardized test accidentally added to PTCAS?

I accidentally marked that I took the TOEFL (I didn't). Ive tried everything to remove it from PTCAS. Please help!

Try contacting PTCAS and ask. If not, I would just let the schools know it was an accident and can’t be deleted. Normally they need to have verification of score to accept it. I messed up my observation hours when applying (added some that did not have a LOR from a therapist). When i interviewed, they asked about it and I explained the situation. No issue. Accepted to both schools.
