I will be semi-retired, teaching undergrads at my Alma Mater.

I'm not as interested in the business arrangement as I am in actually doing surgery. It's hard to predict how practices are going to be run with all the changes in healthcare, but the one certain thing is that there will be need for doctors. As long as I get to do medicine, I'll be happy.
