How do you feel about MDs?

Just wondering what the general thoughts about US-MDs were in the US. Personally, I have worked really hard to get were I am and I feel like the majority of MDs were handed there spots in medical school. Prominence nothing makes me feel more easy, well maybe when I put out on the first date. So feel free to trash talk about the US-MDs since they dont work hard for anything and are handed everything since most of their dads and grandpops are MDs.
