Other than the best choice of studying and following an organized and efficient schedule that doesn't leave you panicked, sometimes you do panick and are stressed for time and desperate to improve studying faster...what do you use that effectively helps you get your results?
Coffee? Vivarin? red bull? mountain dew? ritalin? adderall? vitamin supplements (B, fish oil, omega 3, etc)?
