How do you improve your pharmacy? What do you do to make your customers/patients happy (or less angry)?

We recently started offering waiters something little like whatever candy was on sale for cheap that day. It seems to make people a little more complacent to wait for a longer time.

Constructing a designated waiting area that is equipped with some "wait-encouraging" facilities. Washroom, functional big screen tv, vending machines etc.

You can have the big screens to project/play educative health tip videos; can be how to better control a diabetic condition, or so so so food makes you prone to this or that disease (vice-versa) etc.

But for a customer like me, I'd prefer you play either the CNN or some general tv show. With NCIS, I won't mind waiting for 2hrs, as long it runs that long 🙂 It won't make me "happy", but it will make my waiting experience more tolerable or less irritable...hopefully.

TV?!?! This is madness...

IMO put some treadmills in there, toss in some resistance bands for the elderly, and maybe a veggie platter. Gotta whip these people into shape!

or maybe just a TV will do
