How do you reapply thru AACOMAS?

Does AACOMAS roll over last years input? Or do you have to re-enter everything (classes, grades EC's)? AMCAS rolls last years info over and you can just add or update. Am I just not looking in the right place on the AACOMAS web site or do I really have to start from square one?
