How do you track your app status?

Maybe not the best title, what I really mean is will most schools email you if theres a change? complete-to under review to hold or interview to acceptance or rejection?

Does anyone know if there are any schools that dont send emails? so you have to check manually?

I think if the schools want to interview you, they will email you. To my understanding most schools prefer the email that you wrote on the application as a means of communication.

Every med school barring a few will have a status page where you can check. If you are applying now, how don't you know this? It's always in the instructions for filling out the secondaries.

Most schools will update you via email when your status changes. However, there are a few (I don't remember which offhand) that do not, so you should regularly (maybe once per week) check the status for each school.
