I read many people post things like, "I got 70% of UWorld questions right". What does that mean? Does that mean that before Board studying began he/she sat down, did all UWorld questions in timed mode without resources and got a 70%??

What I am doing with UWorld is going through in Tutor mode, answering each question without resources (I am, however, in the process of Board studying- but not nearly complete), and then reviewing the correct answer and all the explanations in great detail. I plan to review each question's explanation as many times as I can. Using this method- I don't think I'll ever get a real UWorld score that I can trust.

Does anyone use UWorld in a similar way? How do you use it?

when people say that about their world percentage im pretty sure they are referring to their overall average at the time they took the test.

i used uw the same way you did at first. after i had gone through them once, i did the untimed random mode with 44 questions/block

the score on uw isnt whats important. how much you learn from each question is.👍
