No (generally speaking). The purpose of a regional licensing exam, such as the WREB, is that you can be licensed in any state within the region that the exam covers. Although those exams don't cover "regions" exactly anymore, the idea is still the same. You should still read the state's licensing requirements to make sure that everything is good before you apply. Some states have weird rules or requirements.
