I read it and for physicians, it basically said that they will be compensated based on quality of care, not by number of patients. So that goes for podiatrists as well?

When the bill was passed I started thinking a lot about this issue as well. I have heard a couple different things from health care specialists and they all say something a little different as to how they think it will change their pay and practice. What I have come to reason with is the fact that after we are done with our residency programs (about 7-9 years from now) health care laws might be totally different. It has always been changing and will continue to.

When it comes down to it we need to do what we love. For us that would be PODIATRY!! Maybe health care pay will go down in the future. I don't want it to but if it does I still want to be an awesome pod.

I would be happy to send it to you if you PM me. The outlines are side by side with the bill and placed in order for you to reference it. What the outlines do are summarize and point out the major flaws with the government take over of Health care.
