How does Pre-NAPLEX score correlates with real NAPLEX score

Hi Guys,
I hope most of you guys here could help me explain this better. How does pre-naplex score correlates with the real score? Please feel free to share your experiences.

I did better on the naplex than I did on the pre-naplex. The pre-naplex gives you a range of scores, and my actual naplex score was within the range.

For me and from what i've heard from others, the pre-naplex pretty much always underestimates how you'll actually do......so most likely you'd end up in the high end of the range pre-naplex gives you.

Guys I scored a 95 (range: 69-115) on the pre-naplex...I have my Naplex in 4 days, July 16, what should I do?? Reschedule? or should I just go ahead and take it.

In what time frame did most of you take the pre-naplex compared to the real naplex? Some people can take it with weeks to spare and study all that time, so I'm just wondering if statistics are a little misleading.
As for me, I'm scared, ridiculously scared. I will take the pre-naplex today, and I have extreme test anxiety for that as well, mainly b/c I really do not want to see such a bad score with only a week left before my real Naplex.

Hi Flexeril,
I took my pre-naplex three weeks go and I had 115 and since then, I have intensified my study. I fell like I know much more than I did the last three weeks that I took it. I take my exam tomorrow and am in no mood to spend $50 for a retake. Thanks

115 and you still intensified more? I'm sure you'll do fine now...not sure about me now =/

Remember that NAPLEX exam is just minimum competency and with that in mind, I suggest that you calm down and plan the rest of your reading/studies and you should be fine.

The worst thing that could happen to you is to go into the exam with plenty of anxiety. You could blank out and I don' believe that you went to school all these years to see that happen to you. Draw inspiration from this and move ahead.

It is quite possible that we know each other considering that Pharm school and the world of pharmacy though big is sort of small 'cos people know one another.

That said, I am waiting to hear the good news so I can rejoice with you. I have faith in you and I want you to have faith in your self. Go get them!

Prenaplex taken 3 weeks before test: 129

Naplex: 135

Took the Pre-NAPLEX 3 days before I took the Naplex and did not pass it...addressed the areas that I felt weak in and passed the NAPLEX with a 90

I took Pre-Naplex yesterday and got 103. I just think that math was way too easy and that the real thing will be a lot harder. So, I am nervous that my pre-Naplex score won't correlate with my actual score. Any advices for the last week before Naplex? I'll take it next Thursday.

Pre-Naplex: 103
Naplex: 90

The math questions on Pre-Naplex did not represent well the real math on Naplex. And that was exactly what I was expecting after studying calculations really hard. But the fill the blank type of questions made me double guess myself many times. Oh well, I didn't like my Naplex score, but hey... I've passed! 🙂
