If you apply to dental school after your junior year during the summer do the classes you take and the credentials you earn senior year count? I always had trouble understanding this system because it seems to take into consideration only your first three years.
For example, I was considering conducting research during my senior year, but will that be noticed on my record and thus improve my chances? Also, what about the classes you take and the grades you receive?
So basically, how I can ensure that dental schools take into account my credentials (whether it be good grades, research, volunteer work) that I obtain throughout my senior year?
