How does your school do MD/PhD graduations?

OK, so I know this is a trivial matter and doesnt really mean that much, but I'm curious as to what your school does for MD/PhD graduations.

1) Do you have 2 ceremonies, 1 for PhD and 1 for MD? Or is there a combined ceremony where you are given both degrees at the same ceremony?

2) Do MD/PhD grads wear 2 hoods or is there just 1 hood for both degrees?

3) Do MD/PhD grads at your school get some kind of special recognition or are they totally indistinguishable from the straight MD grads?
