Bring up your GPA, at least 3.0. The higher, the better. Get a good MCAT score (in your case).

The best time is when you have acceptable GPA, and MCAT score.

Some time in June is considered "early".

also...do you guys think I should apply at the end of my junior year or wait and apply at the end of my senior year which gives me a gap of a yr in between???
depending on the situation i am right now with the messed up first two years of college???

and also can i apply to some schools at the end of my junior and then apply to other schools later on? or they all have to be submitted at once?

I was kind of in a similar position as you, and I waited to apply after graduation. Having senior year gives you two more semesters to bring up your GPA; I brought mine up from a 3.3 to 3.45 just in my senior year. And having a year off in between is actually looking pretty good, considering how sick I am of school at this point. If you look at the average age of med school matriculants, it's around 23-24, so most people take time off. Better to apply with better chances, after all it's a lot of money and only 1 year!

Good luck!!
