How far do you commute?

I'm considering living over 40 minutes away from campus. How far do you travel to school one way?

30-45 minutes depending on if I run into school buses, ice, fog, or bad drivers.

well i'm not sure if you're specifically looking for DMU students here - but it takes me 15 to get to school on a bad day - and even then, i still manage to show up late for my 8:00 am classes

I live in West Des Moines and it takes 10-15 minutes.

This is a tough one b/c when I lived in WDM it took 20-45 mintutes depending on when you left in the morning.

It is a lot faster drive now from West Des Moines to the school after the construction finished this past year.

I wear that helmet for fun. And as for the bus, yes it is short but that is what the city provides me.

I'm sure it is better but there are still large back ups reported on the tv and radio so I can't believe that it is perfect.

depends on what time of the day you do it. I drive it every day and it is a lot better than last year. The longest it has taken me to get home after the construction is about 15-20 minutes.
