How fast do programs reply?

I just sent my common application form in last night and I'm already wondering how long it takes before programs start giving interviews. My school should be sending transcripts out any day now (if you believe them) and Dean's Letters don't go out until Nov. 1. I think that 2 of my 3 LORs are uploaded. Wanted to know how fast the turnaround time to getting an interview is and, also, how much of your "stuff" needed to be already submitted. Thanks.
