I got a 227/92.....is this score good enough for surgery, radiology, or even a competitive IM program??

Good score. Hard to say. I can say, however, that your score was in the 66th percentile (66.6%).

Surgery/IM - sure
Radiology - probably, but everyone has a "horror story" to tell regarding how competitive it is.
