How GPA is computed?

Hello. I was wondering if anyone could explain how GPA is computed from several different undergraduate schools. Do they primarily focus on the Institution one graduates from? Or do they take the average of all courses spread across different institutions? Thanks in advance.

All of the courses you've taken at each college/university you've attended are included in your GPA.

yeah, they average it all. It depends on how many credits you were given for each grade, etc. Doesn't matter where it came from though.
