With the MCAT changing in 2015, how have the med school requirements changed for current undergrad freshmen? I know that there will be more of an emphasis on humanities and social sciences, but does anyone have specifics? I found Harvard's new requirements, but I don't know if the changes they've made are across the board for all MD schools. http://hms.harvard.edu/content/requirements-admission

New MCAT tests in biochemistry so you'll probably need to take biochemistry.

Can biochem replace the ochem II, or do I have to take both?

Depends on the school: some explicitly allow it, some allow it if you ask, some explicitly disallow it. It's probably best to take o-chem II and biochem.
