very important...and trust me on that! Make sure you don't skip biostatistics (p values, standard deviations etc)...kinetics (zero order, first order reactions etc), the area under the curve etc. And yes..lots of caluculations!

Things to know:
-basic calculations (CrCl, pH/pKa, mEq, mOsm, allegations,etc..)
-how to read basic images

thats about it. didn't find the first few chapters necessary. most of it was common sense imo.
