I'm taking 1 prerequisite course this fall, and might just end up getting a B, rather than an A that I expected. I have 2 interviews in early Jan, and I'm afraid they might ask about these courses, and thereby I would have less chance to get into the program.

I dont think a B should hurt you. If you were going to get a C or D then maybe. I wouldnt worry too much about it since you probabaly can't do much about it now. You also have the perfect excuse: that you were applying during them!

A "B" will not hurt you so much, do not stress over that. Just roll with the punches and keep working hard!

I too am taking a pre-req class this fall. Although you should shoot for an A , a B shouldn't hurt you. As long as your not in a position where you will get a C or lower and have to retake the class you should be fine
