On AMCAS, is it really important to put the phone number or email address of the person you got a recommendation letter from? I noticed the required information is only the mailing address. Do schools even get this information, or is it just for AMCAS's sake?
How important is email and phone number for LORs?

If you don't have the supplemental information and you can't get it, then you can't get it. As long as you have the mailing address, then I doubt lacking the extra stuff would be a game-breaker.
