how important is secondary application?

i was just wondering how important is secondary application compared to the primary application through AADSAS?

i did not put much time compared to the primary application..

and i am nervous now about secondaries haha


did you guys put a lot of time into seconary app?

All I know is that I'm not doing 10 drafts like I did for aadsas. I'm not writing any drafts at all haha

Well I've been taking my time with these and making sure to do them with similar effort as AADSAS. Now that might mean I'm going over kill on supplemental apps or I didn't put effort into AADSAS...I'd like to think I put in too much effort 🙂

I'd assume they are pretty important, though I'm always more of an overkill kinda guy. If you guys can convey what you want to in a quick and efficient first draft, I suppose there is no reason to go into greater depth. I personally would err on the safe side and go over it at least a couple times and that is what I'd recommend.

agreed. i usually do one draft and read over it and then submit it.

I'd say that they look pretty closely at the "Why do you want to go to X School, specifically?", so I tried on those. But questions like the socioeconomic challenges that dentistry faces... not so much.
