How is GPA calculated??

So i got my bachelors at a university. I am taking 4 of the prereqs at a community college. Will the community college grades be combined with my grades from the university? Or do they look at the GPA from your main school? thanks.

you get several GPA calculations off of PTCAS.

Total GPA
Science and Math Combined
Social Sciences
Science
Core PT Prereqs

Plus, they also give you a GPA for like each course, anatomy & physiology, english, math, other courses, etc.
