How is it possible for Uworld to have the exact question from a NBME?

While doing the Uworld Qbank today I'm shocked to see that there are a bunch of questions that are almost the exact same as past NBME and even one of the newer NBME (16).
How is this possible?
Is Uworld stealing questions from NBME or the other way around?
