How is the UPitt 2ndary

I was thinking about adding UPitt to my AMCAS application (i got verified on 7/8), but I was wondering how there secondary is? Is it alot of essay questions that are ethical crap or is it more like what's your name and dob, and send us a check for $100?
Does UPitt screen? I retook the Aug. MCAT and wondering if its worht it to apply.
I have a 3.78 overall, and 3.59 bcpm from top 20 school. I was getting 30s on the practice AAMC test so I'm hoping i got the same on the real deal this time. Would you recommend adding UPitt or not worth the time and money?

1) Describe an ethical dillemma you've experienced in your lifetime (cannot be anything about academic dishonesty)
2) Optional essay - want to know if you would bring any type of unique diversity to their school.
