how is the usmle the major deciding factor in what speciality to take?

For someone who can't decide between Pre-Pharmacy and Pre-Medicine, you sure ask a lot of extraneous (a.k.a. weird) questions. The USMLE should be the least of your worries.

thank you mom, would you like to tell me how to eat, dress, and how to ****?

It seems like you would need help in that regard, based on your prior posts in the "why is it so hard to get into dermatology?" thread.

It's not the major deciding factor in which specialty to take.

It is a large consideration of what specialties you are competitive for.

thanks for your post its a shame germretard couldnt provide a similar answer.

Because resident programs cannot use c*** size, they must find a similar concept.

If they did, can you imagine medical schools buying their students penis pumps? Heck they already apparently buy them iPads for their "iPad curriculum".

As with most of your comments to which you reply, you've completely misunderstood.

Ok, I admit, I fell for your trolling. Shame on me.
it was better to catch it now then later. consider yourself lucky. now continue doing as ur username states. doing "stuff".

But perhaps I was jumping the gun too soon, and maybe he really meant "then". May he meant it is better that it was caught rather than not caught at all. But even better is if it is caught both now and then later, two different points in time. In that case, titanlord1 is instructing GuyWhoDoesStuff to catch himself again later on so that he does not fall for trolls. I think it's called self-reinforcement, but I need to brush up on psych so I am not 100% sure.

I was just about to say...why are you pursuing dialogue when the boy clearly doesn't know the difference between to and too and two?

i wish they did, i think i would have easily been a walk in for plastics.
Oh dear. Perhaps there's more to your name than I realized.

Well normally it works like this. If you score higher on the exam you usually have a better chance of getting the residency you want. Wait, I will explain.

If you score a 200 lets say, the chances of you getting a residency into dermatology (very competitive) is very slim.

If you score a 250+, the chances of you getting into Dermatology is easier.

Do you understand or do you want me to explain again?

whoa their, people here are acting like there better then pre-meds. their people, to.
that's not even funny. My brain worked harder reading that comment than it did memorizing tracts.
