i know my soph year stinks, but does the improvement in the junior year look significant?

But anyways, to the OP: upward trend is always nice to have. I think you have a chance to get an interview or 2 but it'll be up to you to ace them. If you can wait another year and bring up your GPA to 3.3ish I'd say you would have a much better chance.

Your grades in the hard classes aren't very impressive. You need to retake that C- in Physics too. I don't like to discourage anyone, but I think with your below average GPA and lukewarm DAT, it will be difficult to get into most schools. Unless there's something else about your application that's extraordinary, then maybe you could get in off that. If I were you I'd study all summer for the DAT and smoke it with >20 across the board. Then I think you'd get a fair response from a lot of schools. Apply to about 20 of them.

upward trends are good. though i see some slightly worse grades in chem/orgo. might try pulling those up or ace DATs.

not true. i mean, i'm great at sexin' up the ladies (its true, ask my gf), but i can still hold my own in calculus.

a B+ is hardly good in that area. It's like saying, "You don't know where the precise Spot is, but you know it's there somewhere." Dammit, you need pin point accuracy.

don't underestimate the math and sciences GPA. To most schools, this is the GPA they look at, not your overall so much. If you do decided to retake a course, you will have to disclose both grades when you do ADSASS, so make sure you get a good grade, because it will be averaged with the first try.
