how long after step1 for CSA?

a few questions, this will help me sched my next few months...
after taking step1, it takes how many weeeks for results? 4 weeks?

after getting the result, i can sched my CSA, but how "soon" could i take it after getting results, i mean are they booked up 2 months in advance?

after taking step2, it takes 4 weeks again for reults?

i mean if i get take my step1 mid nov, get the results in mid dec, will i be able to take the CSA sooner than mid-feb? thought i heard something like you can sched your CSA, but the are usually booked 2 months in advance.!?

and how soon after the CSA do you get results? do they tell you on the spot if you passed?

I was under the impression that the Clinical Skills part of Step 2 was in June after your third year? I don't have to take it for another 8 months or so.
