Q1: Does anybody know how long DAT results are good for? (i.e. If I take the DAT this year, will I be able to use those scores for the application process opening in May 2005?)

The reason that I ask is that I plan to take the DAT around Dec/Jan timeframe, but I do not want to apply until May of next year for the entering class in 2006.

Q2: Also... if I have scores forwarded to schools after I take the DAT this year, will schools retain those results on file until I apply in 2005? Or do I have to turn in a resubmition to the ADA and have them forward the results to schools again for $10 a pop?

Any help is always appreciated. Thanks everybody!

1. Good for 3yrs
2. Schools only retain your app for the yr which you've applied. If you're applying for entering class 2006 then don't send DAT in now w.out your app. It's useless, wait till May 2005 to send everything in. You don't have to forward the results to schools.
