How long does it take to get your OAT scores?

Hey,

I am planning to take the OAT in early August, and then I want to apply quite early to NOVA (mid august)

How long after I am finished with my OAT can I get the scores?


I suppose if I am happy with the scores I can then apply to all the necessary schools.

Does anyone ever apply before they take the OAT's??

if you have a strong GPA along with a strong application in general (experience, community service, etc) then there's good chance you may be offered an interview before submitting your OAT scores.

as for getting your oat scores. immediately after you're done with the physics section (or was it QR), you sit staring at your computer screen that reads "initializing scores" about to piss in your pants then within the next 30 seconds you'll see you full score report and you'll look through the scores and hope that the high ones are the AA and TS (they're on the bottom btw), then you either want to jump around or bang your head on the table. the test center'll print your report for you and you can use that as a unofficial copy until the opto schools get your score report through their online system. the end
