How long is a plastics fellowship?

This is for after a 5 year general surgery residency?
and how competitive is to get into a plastics fellowship after doing a 5 years gen surg residency?

The fellowships are 2 or 3 years depending on the program. They've always been statistically the most competative fellowship with usually 50-65% match rates. However, the last few years have seen dramatic increases in applications & competition and the match rate last years was in the low 30's. It will likely be even lower this year as applications continue to go up. Market forces at work I guess.
