How many choices?

Hi, I have a quick question for those of you who have already TAKEN the actual exam (or know someone that has taken the actual exam).

I want to know how many choices do the questions of the actual exam have? (ex: A-E only, or do they go up to G,H, or I...like some of the USMLE World questions do)...please let me know...i am very confused. I always thought that the choices will only be up to E, but after doing Uworld (which is suppose to be similar to the actual exam), i am not sure what to expect.

Most of them go up to E, but a few questions here and there do go up H, I, or J etc. It looks daunting at first to see all those choices but I found they were straight forward questions.
